Jus jambu pepaya (SEHAT BAGI PENDERITA KOLESTEROL)

Bahan-bahan
1. Jambu biji 1 bh

2. Pepaya 1 ptg

3. Yoghurt 250 ml


Cara membuat:


1. Campur jambu dan pepaya ke dalam juicer atau blender


2. Tambahkan yoghurt, kemudian diblender hingga halus. Sajikan deh.
